Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Agent located in Padrauna. The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing debt collection, ensuring timely cash collection, and providing excellent customer service. They will communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans, handle customer queries, and maintain accurate records of collection activities.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Finance principles
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Prior experience in microfinance or related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education
