The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India and must possess expertise in C2H recruitment. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for SAP positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and provide guidance on hiring decisions
• Utilize recruiting tools and technology to effectively manage the recruitment process, including applicant tracking systems and job boards
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
