About the Role
Are you a dynamic and experienced sales professional ready to take full ownership of a high-potential market We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage some of our most strategic and biggest clients. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of the company's most strategic and high-value clients (Key Accounts). You will serve as the primary point of contact, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and the expansion of the business relationship through upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate acts as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for the client, ensuring their needs are met by coordinating across all relevant internal departments.
