Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Manage field sales operations related to vehicle finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
- Monitor sales pipeline and provide forecasts to the management
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
Key Requirements :
Education : 12th Pass / Graduate / DiplomaExperience : 2–5 years in sales, preferably in the automotive or EV industryStrong knowledge of vehicle finance products and processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a teamPreferred Background :
Experience in EV sales, auto loans, or vehicle financeFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systemsNOWC.Timely input to central finance on customer invoiceSkills Required
