ManagerFinancial Planning, Analysis and Reporting

Responsibilities

• Generate financial reports using Oracle and prepare detailed analysis including qualitative insights
• Develop standard work for financial analyses across all functions
• Collaborate with Oracle / ERP teams to create automated reporting and reduce manual work
• Standardize monthly and weekly forecasting processes for revenue and working capital
• Implement Videojet's standard budgeting processes for the country
• Train and guide cross-functional teams in data analysis and financial reporting
• Provide support during statutory and internal audits
• Monitor compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS, and relevant company regulations
