Creative Partnership Lead

This role leads the development of a vibrant creator ecosystem across India, focusing on onboarding, retention, and engagement. It requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong relationships with creators in multiple Indian languages. The goal is to drive high-impact content and audience growth through localized creator strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Creator Ecosystem Development : Design and execute a strategy to build and scale a robust creator ecosystem from scratch across multiple languages and content genres.
- Creator Onboarding : Identify, approach, and onboard creators aligned with our platform’s audience and content vision.
- Creator Retention & Engagement : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators to ensure consistent participation and satisfaction.
- Multilingual Collaboration : Manage creators across diverse linguistic backgrounds, ensuring regional content relevance and cultural alignment.
- Content Volume & Traction : Drive measurable growth in content output, engagement, and reach through creative campaigns and collaboration models.
- Innovation & Community Building : Conceptualize new formats, contests, or initiatives that motivate creators and strengthen the community.
- Strategy & Project Management : Own the end-to-end lifecycle of creator programs — from ideation and planning to execution, tracking, and optimization.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor key creator metrics (onboarding, retention, engagement, content traction) and present insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to align creator output with organizational goals.
Requirements :
5–8 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer management, or digital content strategy.Strong network across the creator / influencer ecosystem (pan-India, multilingual preferred).Proven ability to build creator programs or communities from scratch.Strong project management, execution, and stakeholder coordination skills.Deep understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Moj, Josh, etc.) and content trends.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strategic mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.Experience in digital media, influencer marketing agencies, or creator-led platforms.Comfort working with regional language creators and local content ecosystems.Exposure to analytics and performance tracking tools.
