Assistant Manager - BP GTM [Only 24h Left]

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager – BP (GTM) to act as a strategic partner to our business and sales teams. The role is responsible for driving data-backed decision-making, ensuring process efficiency, supporting GTM planning, and enabling business growth through insights, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with GTM leaders to support forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Analyze trends, channel performance, and market data to generate actionable insights.
• Assist in designing and implementing GTM strategies, trade schemes, and market activation plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure end-to-end GTM alignment.
• Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and market share.
• Prepare periodic business reviews, dashboards, and MIS reports for leadership visibility.
• Support channel operations by improving efficiency in distribution, pricing, and promotions.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and drive automation or digital enablement where feasible.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, budgets, and operational standards.
Requirements :
• CA ( Must )
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Partnering, or GTM roles (preferably in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Retail).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
