What You'll Do :
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and expectations
- Source, screen, and shortlist top technical talent
- Build a strong candidate pipeline via LinkedIn, Naukri, Cutshort etc.
- Manage onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance
- Engage with agencies and tech communities to build the trust in talent network
