Role Overview :
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Managers (Field Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills a passion for sales and a track record of exceeding targets. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for promoting our products / services engaging with customers and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 7-10 cold visits every day.
Educate customers about our products / services and demonstrate their benefits.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly.

Teamwork : Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
