What you bring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various technologies and domains
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment dashboards
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
