Looking for candidates having minimum 3+ years of experience from top B2C product companies as a Product Motion Designer / Animator / Interaction Designer profile only apply

Mandatory :

Must have a Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Motion Designer / Animator.
Must have worked with Product Design teams on interactive motion design projects for consumer-focused apps.
Must have a strong portfolio showcasing interaction designs, product animations, motion designs, micro interactions & illustrations from top B2C product companies
Must be from Top B2C Product Companies
Must have strong expertise in Figma, After Effects, Protopie, Lottie, and related prototyping tools.
Profiles will not be considered focused mainly on illustrartion or marketing motion graphics (ads, banners, brand films, video editing).

The ideal candidate will not just possess technical skills but also have an exceptional sense of design, understanding it from the consumer's perspective. As an Interaction Motion Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences through compelling and interactive motion designs for digital products.

Crafting Stunning Interactions / Animations :

Design animations and micro-interactions for products to enhance usability, engagement & user delight.

Collaborate with fellow designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals. Further integrate the motion design seamlessly into the overall user experience.

Proactively initiate efforts to enhance various facets of the product experience.

Innovation & Ownership :

Conceptualize original ideas that simplify & enhance user delight, especially in the face of complex design challenges.

Take ownership and be at the forefront of the motion design across features in the consumer app.

Prototyping :

Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the motion design concepts and user interactions.

Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Proficiency :

Stay connected with industry trends and advancements in micro-interaction & motion design.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met while ensuring design quality, consistency, & coherence within the product.

Motion Design System :

Develop and maintain a motion design system to ensure consistency across various digital platforms.

Work closely with design and development teams to implement and refine the motion design system.

Ideal Candidate :

3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation & micro-interactions towards designing for consumer-focused products.

Expertise in design tools such as Figma, After Effects, Protopie, etc.

Strong portfolio showcasing interactive motion design projects.

Decent knowledge of how Lottie animations work.

A keen sense of design with a focus on the consumer's perspective.

Strong communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
