Job Description

Job title : Sales and Marketing Associate

Location : India (Remote / Field – Flexible)

Employment Duration : 3–6 Months. Top performers can expect regular tenures even after mentioned appraisal.

Stipend : Attractive salary (Performance-based + Certificate + PPO Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Growth : Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets by driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and building strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders across India.
• Marketing Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns both online and offline, while supervising branding, advertising, promotional activities, and managing the organization’s digital presence and social media to enhance brand visibility.
• Market Insight & Collaboration : Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships; analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to guide business decisions; and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align brand strategy with business objectives.
