Our Indian subsidiary in Gurgaon, Haryana, is seeking a talented and strategic Director of Finance and Accounting to lead our India Accounting and Finance Team.
As a Director of Finance and Accounting, VARITE is seeking a Senior-Level Leader with exceptional integrity, ethics, professionalism, and astute business acumen. The ideal candidate will have :
- Hands-on experience in managing accounting and general operations of staffing and / or consulting companies in India.
- About 15+ years of strong experience in Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Payroll, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Benefits, and Multi-Currency Accounting.
- Strong Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Experience in handling 1000+ Employee Payroll.
- Experience with a Staffing Company or IT Services Company is required.
- Excellent communication skills and a business-savvy personality who can intelligently understand client compliance needs and effectively translate them to the internal operational and financial processes.
- Managing high-level subsidiary accounting, oversight, inter-company transactions, and FEMA / RBI compliance.
- Experience and ability in communicating and resolving queries or payment follow-ups with Clients, Vendors, Employees, and Consultants.
- Strong experience in building process documents and ensuring process compliance across the teams.
- Effective presentation and communication skills to liaise with the Client's operational and financial departments.
- Strong understanding and experience in various central and state compliances for accounting and payroll.
- Excellent people skills to support the existing team in meeting the business needs.
- Capabilities to demonstrate and practice leadership-based management in alignment with our corporate philosophy.
- Excellent MS Office, MS Excel (advanced Pivot and Macros), MS Power BI, MS Sharepoint skills, and ability to utilize technology to automate and bring operational efficiencies.
- 15+ years of experience with a degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance from a reputed University.
- A Qualified Chartered Accountant is highly desirable.
