Responsibilities
- Execute food safety audits in accordance with FSSR requirements
- Conduct customized audits across sectors such as catering, warehouse, manufacturing, retail chain, and trading
- Ensure timely submission of detailed audit reports within 2 working days
- Apply knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, allergens, and food processes during audits
- Maintain audit documentation in compliance with ISO22000 / FSSC22000 standards
- Evaluate food safety practices per FSS Act and relevant sector regulations
