• Degree or equivalent in relevant subject and a nationally recognised qualification in training design delivery and evaluation
• Academic Background in food / dairy technology.
• Expertise in a wide variety of training and learning styles techniques and methods including the Face to Face and Virtual training in addition to special advisory and auditing activities
• Substantial experience and a demonstrable track record in innovative training design.

Knowledge and experience of working with at least two of the following management system standards : ISO 22000 FSSC BRCGS and GMP
