Job description11-17 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in service management. Certification in ServiceNow (such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist) is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

We are seeking an experienced Architect / Lead - ServiceNow to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, leading architecture discussions, and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead the architecture and design discussions for ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide guidance and best practices to development teams during project execution.
- Conduct technical reviews of projects to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities and features.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
