We are seeking a motivated and skilled NOC Analyst to join our Network Operations Center team. The NOC Analyst will be responsible for monitoring network systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in network operations with the ability to resolve technical problems efficiently.

Primary Skills

• Network monitoring - Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix.
• Network protocols - TCP / IP, routing protocols, DNS, and DHCP
• security tools - firewalls, IDS / IPS
• Eero, KMZ, Salesforce

Secondary Skill

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a NOC or similar IT support role
