Senior IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Systems Engineer to manage support and enhance our global IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across hardware networking cloud and security domains with a strong focus on operational excellence documentation and compliance. This role requires an analytical problem solver who can work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hardware & IT Support

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues across desktops laptops and servers.
• Perform upgrades (RAM SSD etc.) and troubleshoot peripherals (printers scanners etc.).
• Maintain end-user devices and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
