Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Systems Administrator based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and maintaining servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure optimal operation. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance, and providing reliable technical support to both staff and stakeholders. The IT Systems Administrator will also be tasked with implementing upgrades, ensuring the security of IT infrastructure, and maintaining documentation for system processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in System Administration and Network Administration
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Background in Information Technology
• Hands-on experience with server configurations, system updates, and network security
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.G., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or MCSA) are a plus
