- Applies knowledge of advanced talent acquisition principles, concepts and industry practices & standards in researching leadership talent in the industry / market.
- The candidate should have niche skills to research, identify, engage and build pipeline of targeted talent. Assists CHRO and senior leadership team in the selection of various functional heads.
- She / he researches market continually for future leadership talent requirements of KLAY. Responsible to deliver immediate leadership hiring mandates.
- Considered knowledgeable in HR-Talent Acquisition discipline and addressing broad functional requirements within KLAY.
