Purpose Of The Role
LS commercial Delivery Leader responsible for driving strategic delivery initiatives across Managed Markets and commercial operations in the life sciences sector. This includes overseeing programs related to Managed Markets, Market Access . Sales and marketing, CRM, field force effectiveness, data analytics, and digital transformation. The role demands deep domain expertise, client engagement skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibility
- Strategic Delivery Leadership : Lead delivery of transformation programs across Managed Markets (payer contracting, pricing, reimbursement) and Commercial Operations (sales, marketing, CRM).; Align delivery strategies with client business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Managed Markets Expertise : Oversee initiatives related to government and private payer contracting, formulary access, rebate management, and pricing strategy. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, CMS)
- Commercial Operations & Analytics : Drive CRM implementations (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and field force effectiveness programs. Manage targeting, segmentation, territory alignment, and call planning. Leverage data platforms (IQVIA, Symphony, Model N, SAP) for actionable insights
- Technology & Data Enablement : Utilize tools like Databricks, Tableau, Informatica, Alteryx, R, and Python for data management and analytics. Implement AI / ML solutions for predictive modelling, dynamic targeting, and payer analytics.
- Managed Market Competency Growth – Execute a comprehensive solution and business development strategy to expand our footprint in– Market Access / Model N domain – Business Process Advisory , Solution design and market access analytics.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, lead business and techno-functional discussions, client value discovery workshops, and ensure revenue success with clients and partners fostering relationships through value-based domain selling in Market Access / Model N
- Solution Delivery – Owning Solution Assurance for critical & Large Commercial engagements at large pharmaceutical companies, drive client references in commercial domain
Key Competencies
Recognized expert in commercial life sciences- Model N / Market access domainStrong familiarity with commercial data sets and managed markets.Understanding of Medicaid, government pricing, rebate processing, and gross-to-net modelling ;Experience with Model N, and other commercial pricing and contract management platformsExperience
Engineering Degree or related discipline.15+ years' experience in client facing leadership roles in the Life Sciences industry.15+ years on managing staff and projects across multiple regions.2+ years Competency Leadership experience2+ years in developing new go to market solutions and roadmapsSkills Required
