- Siddharth is passionate about innovation in eye care. He left his high-profile position at Sentiss to pursue the dream of enhancing human lives through vision care through Waypham.
- Built over 30 ophthalmic and pharmaceutical brands (including Refresh Tears, the largest ophthalmic pharma brand in India) in multiple sub-therapeutic segments. Many are multi-million dollar brands.
- Siddharth has created a credible brand for himself in the industry and enjoys deep connections with leading eye doctors and ophthalmic associations.
About company has spent the last few years developing and commercializing high-quality innovative eye care products such as wipes, cleanser, gummies, and more in the Indian market. With funding from global HNIs; current revenue base of - 3 crore annually; and geographic presence in northern, eastern, and western regions of India; we're trusted by doctors and patients alike.
We are now looking to scale beyond prescription-based sales and create a direct-to-consumer (D2C) arm focused on preventive eye care-an untapped opportunity in India's growing health and wellness segment.

This is a founding-level opportunity to build and lead a D2C business from the ground up. You'll work directly with a highly respected industry leader and have ownership in the company's success through meaningful equity participation.
What You'll Do
Lead D2C Strategy : Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for direct-to-consumer sales, including branding, pricing, digital distribution, and customer engagement.Build the Brand : Develop a compelling digital brand presence across social media, influencers, and performance marketing.Own Customer Acquisition : Launch and scale acquisition channels including online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart), owned website, paid ads, partnerships, and retail pilots.Product Strategy : Help identify which products are suitable for preventive use and design campaigns around education, awareness, and adoption.Customer Experience : Build and iterate on the customer journey-acquisition to retention-and gather data to inform product decisions.Fund-raising : Develop business plan and presentations for the investors, pitch the business to the investors, raise funds, and coordinate the fund-raising processTeam Building : Hire and lead a small, agile team as the D2C business grows.Who You Are
A young, driven entrepreneur or operator (5-15 years of experience) with a background in marketing, ecommerce, product management, investor relations, or healthcare startups.Strong execution mindset with a bias for action and learning by doing.Passionate about health, wellness, and creating real impact for consumers.Comfortable working with limited resources and wearing multiple hats.Prior D2C, FMCG, or consumer health experience is a bonus but not mandatory.Startup mindset : thrives in ambiguity, resilient, resourceful.What's in It for You
