Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Fashion Faculty specializing in Pattern Making and Draping at JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai. The day-to-day tasks include teaching pattern making and draping courses, preparing course materials, assessing student work, offering constructive feedback, and staying updated with industry trends. The faculty member will also mentor students, provide guidance on projects, and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Pattern Making and Draping techniques
• Strong understanding of Fashion Design principles and concepts
• Experience in teaching or mentoring students in fashion design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and assess student work
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
• Degree in Fashion Design or related field
