Role : Senior Diamond Jewellery Designer (On-site, Bengaluru)

We are looking for a visionary Senior Designer who can translate imagination into timeless jewellery. This is not a routine design role; it’s a chance to

shape collections that carry both Indian heritage and global relevance . You will work hand-in-hand with our master craftsmen and production teams, guiding concepts from sketch to showroom.

Your role will include :

Conceptualising and designing world-class diamond jewellery collections.

Leading bespoke design journeys.

Collaborating closely with production to maintain uncompromising design integrity.

Tracking and interpreting international design trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Mentoring and upskilling junior designers, raising the creative standard of the team.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in diamond and gemstone jewellery design (portfolio required).

Hands-on experience with both CAD and manual design techniques.

Ability to mentor, train, and inspire design teams.

Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Meticulous attention to detail, with a balance of creativity and commercial awareness.

Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design or related field preferred.

Minimum

5–7 years of proven design experience

in fine or high jewellery houses.
