Operational Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Operations Specialist with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in startup environments within the manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain domains. The Operational Specialist will be a crucial link between our organization and our network of transporters carriers . This role is focused on the successful onboarding, engagement, and operational support of transporters, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and participation in our freight network. You'll be instrumental in building strong, reliable relationships and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support daily operational workflows across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain functions .
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of orders, dispatches, and deliveries.
