Role Title : Senior Project Manager – Salesforce & Marketing Tech

Location : Remote (India)

Shift Timing : 4 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM IST

Role Summary :

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager with proven expertise in Salesforce implementation and marketing / operations technology platforms such as Twilio and Findhelp. This role demands strategic collaboration with US-based teams, hands-on technical leadership, and a sharp eye for ROI-driven execution. Key Responsibilities :

• Spearhead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
• Lead deployment of Twilio, Findhelp, and other marketing / ops platforms to enhance outreach and engagement.
• Partner daily with US-based PMs to align on deliverables, timelines, and strategic goals.
• Apply Agile / Scrum methodologies to manage sprints, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Use tools like MS Project, JIRA, or equivalents to track progress and manage dependencies.
• Deliver weekly stakeholder reports covering project health, risks, and milestone achievements.
• Conduct financial analysis to assess ROI, optimize budgets, and support executive decision-making.
• Drive strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
