Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused STORE MANAGER to join our retail team. They will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them in finding the perfect jewelry pieces, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities :  Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.  Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences, style, and occasion.  Provide detailed product information, including materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship, to educate customers and aid in their purchasing decisions.  Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends.  Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.  Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any concerns or inquiries.  Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.  Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques Qualifications :  Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.  Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for detail.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  Positive attitude,self-motivated, and team-oriented
