Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team. As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creativity, innovation, and translating ideas into stunning visuals. This is not just a design role — it’s about building visual identities that move audiences . From YouTube thumbnails to full-fledged campaign decks, you’ll design across mediums, platforms, and touchpoints that define how entertainment brands connect with the digital world. Key Responsibilities :
- Design scroll-stopping creatives for YouTube, Instagram, and emerging social platforms (thumbnails, carousels, banners, stories, shorts assets).
- Build pitch decks, client presentations, and campaign visuals that combine clarity, storytelling, and design finesse.
- Create website banners, static visuals, and UI-support graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with video editors, motion designers, and content strategists to craft cohesive campaign narratives.
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity for clients across genres — from films and web series to music and digital IPs.
- Stay ahead of design trends, Gen Z internet culture, and platform-first formats to keep our work fresh and competitive.
- Mentor junior designers, review creative outputs, and set benchmarks for quality and innovation.
Requirements
Have 4+ years of experience in digital / creative design (agency, entertainment, or media background preferred).Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma and Canva is a plus.Have experience designing pitch decks, campaign presentations, and client-facing collaterals.Understand visual storytelling for YouTube and OTT platforms.Have a keen eye for detail, typography, and composition with the ability to bring bold ideas to life.Thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing creativity with deadlines.(Bonus) Knowledge of motion graphics / video editing to elevate static designs.Benefits
