We specialize in medical coding, billing, and revenue optimization -helping providers increase efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.

Our operations are expanding in India, and we're looking for a Part-Time Operations Head to oversee daily workflow, team coordination, and delivery processes from our Tirupati location.

Role Overview

As the Part-Time Operations Head , you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day functioning of Constacure's operations team, ensuring client deliverables are met on time, and maintaining smooth communication between the management (Hyderabad) and ground staff (Tirupati).

You will act as the bridge between the operations , HR , and management teams, ensuring that the standards of quality, timeliness, and compliance are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities

Team Oversight & Performance

• Supervise the operations and production teams at the Tirupati office.
• Ensure work allocation, shift schedules, and deliverables are on track.
• Support hiring, training, and evaluation of new recruits.
