Prakriti Herbals was founded in 1995 after our founder experienced a severe allergic reaction to synthetic cosmetics and successfully healed using aloe vera gel. This inspired the creation of genuine herbal skincare and haircare products. Our journey began in a garage, driven by a passionate background in herbs and cosmetology. Today, we are a women-led team offering an all-natural retail range and are known for customized guest amenities for leading hospital and hotel chains.

Role Description

This is a full-time work from office role for a Partnerships Manager at Prakriti Herbals. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing Influencer marketing, strategic partnerships with brands, magazines, stores, event planners and online market placements, setting up sampling activities, offline pop ups and effective communication with relevant partners. The role will also involve utilizing analytical skills to identify partnership opportunities and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Partnerships, Account Management, and Strategic Partnerships skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing partnership opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills for negotiating and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to work independently and in team
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the retail or cosmetic industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
