Experience : More than 5 years in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) Field

Roles and Responsibilities :

Carry out FTO (Freedom to Operate) and Infringement Analysis

Making Patent Landscaping for a Molecule

Perform Patentability evaluation and filing Patents

Checking out selected Route Patent compliance from Process, Product, Polymorph etc

Reply to IP queries from Customers

Inter Departmental co-ordination

Should have worked with patent databases

All other activities relevant to IP

Open to Learn

Education Qualification :

Must be Science Graduate
