Job Role : Process Associate

Job Location : Nagpur

Experience required : 1 to 6 years of work experience in International Insurance Domain.

Job Requirement :

  • Any full-time graduate (10+2+3).
  • Willingness to work in any shifts.
  • Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand)
  • All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.

Skill Requirement :

  • Excellent communication Skills.
  • Candidates should have experience in any International Insurance Domain.

    • Job Description :

  • Explain policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and premiums clearly to customers.
  • Generate new business through leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
  • Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately.
  • Assist clients with claims processing, documentation, and resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with insurance laws, regulations, and company policies. Explain policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and premiums clearly to customers.
