Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Senior Sales Coordinator. The Senior Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales operations, coordinate with internal teams to streamline sales processes, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team in achieving targets, maintaining customer relationships, and handling sales documentation and reporting. The role will require strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sales Support :
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Handle order processing, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and CRM systems.
• Coordination & Communication :
• Act as a point of contact between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and marketing).
• Reporting & Analysis :
• Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics.
