Job Summary
To manage client legal documentation agreement set up in legal database such as ISDA, CSA, GMRAs and GMSLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the contracts reference data team deliverables.
Manages and coordinate with stakeholders for any change management projects / enhancement.
Participate in relevant system implementation and its user acceptance test to ensure systems are appropriately implemented.
Captures and Management of critical reference data elements within Financial Markets Operations, including but not limited to Financial Market contracts.
Ensure Data integrity of Master Agreements on SCB in-house systems - I-CDMS
Responsible for answering queries from Bank's stakeholders (including but not limited to - legal, credit, margin operations)
Knowledge of Financial Markets products and operational processes supporting the business.
System enhancements, UATs
Liaising with Bank's stakeholders to ensure clean data flow.
Other ad-hoc projects
Business
Client legal documentation set up in database for derivative / repo trading for FO / FM Sales.

Key stakeholders
FMC Legal teams, Margin Operations, XVA, FM Sales.
Our Ideal Candidate :
Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance or in an analytics area with at least 4-5 years in ISDA and Collateral documentation Review / operations background.
Experienced in supporting a global group and ability to work in a highly collaborative manner across the network with a wide range stakeholder.
Experienced in delivering in a fast-paced, and highly driven environment, to tight deadlines delivery significant change.
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Fluent and comfortable in English written and spoken.
Self-motivated, energetic and result oriented.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return.
Willingness and ability to work and deliver on tight / challenging deadlines.
Good knowledge of FM and Commercial Balance Sheet products and support systems.
Sound understanding of FM products.
Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Office, Excel, and VBA etc.
Ability to work autonomously, but also a good team player.
Process focused with the ability to follow guidelines.
