Position : Business Analyst – Fund Accounting

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong fund accounting expertise to design and support technology solutions for asset managers, custodians, and fund administrators. This role requires hands-on knowledge of NAV calculations, reconciliations, and financial reporting, combined with the ability to translate workflows into scalable product features.

Key Responsibilities

• Fund Accounting Expertise : Document workflows for NAV calculation, accruals, corporate actions, reconciliations, and expense management.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure solutions meet SEBI, AIF, and global fund accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP).
• Technology Design : Translate accounting processes into functional requirements for development teams.
• Client Support : Work with asset managers and fund administrators to align workflows with client needs.
• Automation : Identify opportunities for automation in reconciliation, valuation, and reporting.
• Analytics & Reporting : Deliver insights and dashboards for performance measurement and compliance monitoring.
