Digital Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing- Team Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, leading a marketing team, and driving measurable growth in brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

What you will do – Key responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

2. Plan, implement, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.

3. Drive SEO / SEM strategies to improve search rankings, website traffic, and lead conversion.

4. Oversee content marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

5. Lead social media strategy to build brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.

6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI) and present actionable insights to leadership.

7. Collaborate with sales and business teams to generate high-quality leads and support revenue goals.

8. Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into campaigns.

9. Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring productivity, creativity, and skill growth.

10. Oversee brand reputation management across digital platforms, ensuring consistent positioning and customer engagement.

What we are looking for - Key skills :

1. 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a Team Lead role.

2. Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

3. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

5. Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through digital marketing initiatives.
