Database Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing both on-premises and cloud environments (AWS / Azure) and proven skills in database migration, performance tuning, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform database administration, configuration, installation, patching, and upgrades for Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Manage backup, recovery, security, and high availability solutions across multiple database platforms.
• Lead and support database migration projects, such as :
• Oracle → Microsoft SQL Server
• Oracle → PostgreSQL
• Work on database performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain database solutions on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Use cloud migration tools such as AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) or Azure Database Migration Service for seamless database transitions.
• Monitor and maintain databases using on-premises and cloud-based monitoring tools.
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure database reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and consultation to clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and operational standards are followed across environments.
