Job Purpose :

The Factory Manager will lead the operations of the pharmaceutical formulation (FDF) plant, ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards, cGMP guidelines, and quality systems. The role requires expertise in plant management, audit handling, cost optimization, and people leadership to deliver high-quality products efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards including USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and GMP.
• cGMP & Quality : Implement and monitor current Good Manufacturing Practices across all manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Plant Operations Management : Lead production, maintenance, and supply chain activities for seamless plant operations.
• EHS Compliance : Establish and maintain Environment, Health & Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Audit & Inspection Handling : Strategically lead regulatory, customer, and internal audits with a focus on zero non-compliance.
• Operational Excellence : Drive cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with R&D, QA, QC, SCM, and Engineering teams for effective product life-cycle management.
• Leadership & People Development : Manage a large workforce, develop high-performing teams, and foster a culture of quality, safety, and accountability.
