Job Role -

Primary Purpose

You will contribute to the technological solution by delivering expert services for large, complicated projects. You will help provide leadership and direction to the delivery team, as well as Architecture guidance and direction, based on your extensive knowledge of Ivalua. You are also considered a technical leader within the Ivalua community, and you consistently offer your knowledge on cutting-edge subjects at community and internal events.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture :
• Design end-to-end iValua solutions aligned with business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Proficient with iValua modules : Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procure-to-Pay, Catalog Management, Budget Management, Mobile Procurement, Collaboration, and workflows.
• Implementation :
• Lead the implementation of iValua modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Customize iValua configurations to meet specific business process requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Integration :
• Design and implement integrations between iValua and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Optimization and Best Practices :
• Analyze procurement processes and recommend optimizations leveraging iValua functionalities.
• Incorporate best practices for negotiation, price settlement, dispute resolution, and contract drafting within the iValua platform.
• Stakeholder Management :
• Serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Training and Support :
• Provide training and support to end-users on iValua functionalities.
• Address technical queries and provide guidance to users on platform usage

Preferred Qualifications :

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

 Proven experience as an iValua Technical Architect or similar role.

 In-depth knowledge of iValua platform functionalities and configurations.

 Experience with integration of iValua with other enterprise systems.

 Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.

 Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

 iValua certification(s) is a plus.

 Experience in leading large-scale iValua implementation projects.

 Familiarity with agile methodologies.
