Gen Z audiences
— someone who can blend creativity, data, and cultural insight to build a distinctive voice for our brand across digital platforms.
This role is
perfect for a serious, hands-on creative
who’s worked in
consumer or D2C brands , knows how to translate brand values into viral-worthy campaigns, and can manage creative execution end-to-end — from ideation to publishing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop
creative strategies and campaign ideas
that resonate with Gen Z audiences.
Create
brand content
across all touchpoints — social media, digital ads, website, emailers, packaging, influencer briefs, and video scripts.
Work closely with marketing, design, and video teams to ensure all outputs align with brand tonality and visual identity.
Ideate and write
scroll-stopping, high-engagement content
for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital platforms.
Monitor content performance and evolve creative direction based on analytics and audience feedback.
Stay ahead of
pop culture, social trends, and viral formats
relevant to Gen Z consumers.
Manage creative assets and maintain brand consistency across channels.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience
working in a
D2C or consumer brand
(agency experience with consumer brands also acceptable).
Strong sense of design aesthetics, storytelling, and youth marketing.
Deep understanding of
Gen Z trends, language, and content behaviour.
Hands-on experience in content ideation, copywriting, campaign execution, and creative direction.
Excellent command of English and social-first communication style.
Proficiency in coordinating with design / video teams.
Must be a
self-driven, serious creative thinker
with strong execution discipline.
