Mumbai (Vikhroli) Monday–Friday 9 : 30 AM–7 : 30 PM

Job Description

Craft and execute brand strategy across offline and digital channels.

Own GTM strategies for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activations.

Lead market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to sharpen our edge.

Write insight-driven creative briefs that ignite standout campaigns.

Manage brand shoots : ideation → storyboarding → production → post-delivery.

Oversee daily creative output—web, POS, packaging, performance assets.

Execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with internal teams and agencies.

Optimize CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and loyalty programs for retention and engagement.

Track metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, engagement); refine creatives to boost ROI.

Plan and manage brand initiatives.

Ensure seamless and timely delivery of all brand projects.

Requirements :

• 6–7 years in brand management (both mainstream and digital).
• Proven success with mid-to-large-scale brand campaigns and digital-first strategies.
• Strong shoot and creative execution portfolio (print and digital video).
• Hands-on experience with GTM strategies, performance marketing, and retention tools.
• Superb communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Digital marketing, analytics, or brand management certifications are a plus.
