Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at a Women Wellness D2C brand, located in New Delhi. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, devising and implementing business strategies, and driving growth and revenue. Key tasks include conducting market research, developing marketing and sales strategies, and leading the team to achieve business goals. Additionally, you'll focus on building strong partnerships, optimizing operational efficiencies, and ensuring overall business success.
