Job Title : Workday HCM Consultant (Project-Based, Night Shift)

Location : Remote (US Night Shift Hours)

Job Type : Project-Based / Contract

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to support our ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly skilled in Workday HCM, and comfortable working during US night shift hours .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure, implement, and support Workday HCM modules based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Handle business process configuration, security setup, integrations, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and organizational policies.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM core modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Payroll).
  • Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Flexibility to work US night shift hours .

    • Nice to Have :

  • Workday certification(s) in relevant modules.
  • Experience in global implementations or support.

    • Contract Type : Project-Based (duration to be discussed during interview).
