Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SuccessFactors EC solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring EC modules and possess strong knowledge of HR business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation projects or support.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
- Configure Employee Central including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Associations, and Events.
- Integrate EC with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time, LMS) and third-party systems.
- Handle data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and client stakeholders.
- Support post-go-live activities including issue resolution and change requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Time, Payroll, and Talent Management.
Required Skills :
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM , with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC .SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.Deep knowledge of EC modules such as Position Management, Job Info, Personal Info, and Global Benefits.Familiarity with Integration Center , OData API , and Middleware tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi).Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures .Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with other SF modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Compensation) is a plus.Exposure to SAP Payroll (On-Premise or EC Payroll) and Time Management.Working knowledge of SAP HCM (PA / OM) is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.Certifications :
