Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects in alignment with organisational timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost objectives. In addition to overseeing execution, this role involves developing and implementing systems, workflows, and practices that ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in construction project delivery , with strong skills in contractor coordination, site supervision, budgeting, and progress monitoring. This role requires the ability to work closely with architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams, while guiding and mentoring site staff and junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning & Execution – Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate activities, and oversee daily site operations. The detailed project plan must also include timelines, milestones and expected deliverables.
- Budget & Cost Control – Prepare cost estimates, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency while maintaining project quality.
- Vendor & Contractor Management – Evaluate, select, and manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and quality work.
- Quality & Compliance – Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement proactive solutions to keep the project on track
- Stakeholder Coordination – Be the primary point of contact between architects, engineers, and government authorities, ensuring seamless communication.
- Reporting & Documentation – Maintain accurate records of project progress, financials, and compliance documents, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Safety & Environmental Compliance –Implement and enforce safety protocols at the site. Follow up with frequent inspections.
- Resource management - Ensure optimum deployment of manpower, machinery, and material to minimise waste and maximise productivity
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering10+ years of experience in construction project management.Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.Proficiency in project management tools and construction documentation.Ability to manage timelines, teams, and multitask effectively.
