Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Shade Matching & Quality Control :

Ensure accurate shade matching through adjustments in raw materials (paints).
Monitor and ensure defect-free coils are dispatched for ACP production.

Supplier & Vendor Management :

Provide feedback to paint suppliers regarding quality and performance.

Coordinate with external parties for new shade development.

Production Oversight :

Ensure no production of unauthorized new grades.

Adhere strictly to departmental SOPs and SLA guidelines.

Process Compliance :

Maintain operational efficiency while complying with all production standards.
