Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as required for Real Estate business.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.

Track, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).

Continuously test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages for improved conversion rates.

Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve the best ROI.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall digital strategy.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

Proven experience as a performance marketing specialist, freelancer, or similar role.

Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data reporting tools.

Ability to design, run, and scale campaigns independently.

Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and funnel optimization is a plus.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
