Skeps - Senior UI / UX Designer

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define product vision, user flows, and design strategies.
• Take ownership of end-to-end design delivery - from user research to high-fidelity UI and handoff.
• Lead the development of wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interaction models for new features and product enhancements.
• Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and data-driven evaluations to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
• Establish, evolve, and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure scalability and consistency across products and platforms.
• Mentor and guide junior designers by providing feedback, sharing best practices, and driving design excellence.
• Advocate for and embed user-centric design principles within the product lifecycle and decision-making processes.
• Stay ahead of emerging design trends, industry standards, and new technologies to influence Skeps product design strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, technical alignment, and smooth implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on qualitative feedback and quantitative performance metrics.
