Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US Engineering Recruiter to join our growing
team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting
for engineering roles across domains such as Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Engineering
Services, IT, Automotive, and Manufacturing for US-based clients. You will play a key role in
identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for our clients in the United States.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and qualify engineering candidates for US-based roles across multiple
- domains.
- Work with US clients to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality profiles within
- defined timelines.
- Leverage job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases to identify top
- talent.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate with account managers and clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and
- offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3-6 years of hands-on experience in US recruitment, specifically within engineering andtechnical domains.Proven experience in sourcing for Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, EngineeringServices, IT, Automotive, and Manufacturing roles.Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices, including visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), taxterms (W2, C2C, 1099), and time zones.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.Experience using ATS, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), and sourcingtools.Perks & Benefits :
