Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US Engineering Recruiter to join our growing

team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting

for engineering roles across domains such as Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Engineering

Services, IT, Automotive, and Manufacturing for US-based clients. You will play a key role in

identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for our clients in the United States.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and qualify engineering candidates for US-based roles across multiple
• domains.
• Work with US clients to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality profiles within
• defined timelines.
• Leverage job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases to identify top
• talent.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with account managers and clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and
• offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
