Head of HRFast-Growing B2C Startup | MumbaiExperience : 16–18 yearsAbout the Role : We are looking for a dynamic Head of HR to lead and scale the people function of a rapidly expanding B2C startup. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building teams from the ground up, managing high-volume hiring, and partnering closely with business leadership to drive organizational growth.Key Responsibilities : - Drive the end-to-end HR strategy, aligning people practices with business objectives.- Lead large-scale recruitment initiatives, building robust talent pipelines across levels and functions.- Establish strong HR governance, performance management, and employee engagement frameworks suited to a fast-paced startup environment.- Act as a strategic advisor to founders and senior leadership, shaping organizational structure, culture, and capability.- Develop scalable HR systems and processes to support rapid headcount expansion.- Lead workforce planning, learning & development, and compensation design initiatives.Key Requirements : - 15–18 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership HR role within a fast-growing B2C startup.- Demonstrated experience in scaling organizations and managing high-volume recruitment.- Strong business acumen with hands-on HR execution capability.- Proven ability to operate in an ambiguous, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.If this sounds like you, please click apply or drop a note on aloysiusparmar@aquissearch.com for a confidential chat.
